Creativity is a core value at Purpose Media, and as 1st March is World Book Day it gives us the perfect platform to showcase the talents of our creative content writers.
Rachel Gascoigne and Danielle Strouther are some of the team responsible for creating written content for a range of clients, for use across their digital and offline marketing channels.
As content is such a crucial part of everything we do – whether that be for websites, blogs marketing collateral or social media – we’ve invested in developing their skills.
Both have recently been trained in creative message writing, we’re having ongoing creative writing sessions and they’re also learning more about writing content with good SEO value, to help our clients get the most from their content online.
Rachel, 22, from Pinxton, has a BA (Hons) in Journalism from the University of Lincoln. She joined Purpose Media last year, from Hull-based agency StrawberryTwo, and has created content for The LADBible, Food Network UK and the Travel Channel. Her hobbies include travel, lacrosse and interior design.
Danielle, meanwhile, got a degree in Film Studies at Edge Hill University, before gaining a Masters, in Film and Television Studies, from the University of Nottingham. The 23-year-old, from Mansfield, enjoys art and painting and plays as a ‘jammer’ in a local roller derby team, where her nickname is Glow Cloud.
The pair are part of a wider Content and PR team that also comprises Marketing Director Katrina Starkie and Head of PR Jon Smart.
Katrina said: “Rachel and Danielle are a rundamental part of the content team here at Purpose Media. Both are highly-creative writers with a flair for crafting engaging content, helping our clients to connect with their ideal customers, both online and offline.
“By helping them to develop their skills and creativity, we can now offer a full range of content services and help our growing client base with their blogs, social media, marketing and public relations, alongside web development, digital support, video production, branding and creative design.”
