Purpose Media has enhanced the social media marketing services we offer in recent months, and we’re celebrating success in this area as two members of our team have achieved official accreditation from Sprout Social.

Danielle and Rachel have achieved accreditation with Sprout Social

Rachel and Danielle have both been certified as Sprout Social professionals as part of the social media management platform’s Agency Partner Programme.  

Sprout is a social media management, advocacy and analytics software platform for businesses. Using sprout we help our clients communicate with their customers on social channels, collaborate across teams and measure the results of their activity, integrating a range of channels including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.

To achieve the certification, both Rachel and Danielle had to complete an intensive online training programme of eight individual modules, before taking an examination at the end to put into practice what they had learned.

It means Purpose Media can now add Sprout Social certification to its host of industry accreditations including Google Premier Partner status, Bing Ads Professional status and Sage Pay Platinum Partner status.  

On Event Production Co: Social Media Case Study

Supplying event production services for events across the UK, On Event Production Co. wanted to raise awareness of their business and services and we saw an opportunity to boost brand awareness on social media

Working with On we created a content strategy and linked this closely with their social media marketing. Following this, we analysed what their target customers engage with and researched relevant posts and hashtags to have the biggest impact.

Managing Instagram is one of the ways Purpose Media support On Event Production Co.

Kicking off in December 2017 we started posting to On’s channels, tailoring content to target different persona groups. Since starting work on their social media channels have seen a 159.3% growth in following and an increase of 71.4% in post impressions, that’s the number of views, likes and shares of their posts.

The day offered advice and insight into the changing social media landscape, with talks from Sprout, Twitter and growing US agency IMPACT Branding and Design.
