After sharing news of recent project wins we are now on the lookout for new talent to supply the demand for our services.

Managing Director, Matt Wheatcroft, said: ‘Growing sales across our service offer, and clients from all sorts of sectors, means we need to add some exciting new talent to our team, ready to make sure we can maintain the creativity and quality service we’re known for.’

Strategy First

The main areas for recruitment are within the Account Management team, essential for building relationships with clients and formulating their marketing strategies.

Account Director, Jamie Bourn, said: ‘The reason our work is so successful is that we don’t try and push a particular service onto our clients, we offer a range of services in-house, and that gives us the breathing room to be creative, build a strategy and offer the right services and approach depending on the goals of each customer.’

‘I’m really excited to extend the team and get new people on board who are just as passionate about marketing, and generating sales for our clients, as we all are.’

You’re hired?

It’s not just the Account Management team that is being extended, PM are also on the look-out for apprentices keen to get started in the digital and creative industries. Matt said:

‘Some of our best employees have moved through the ranks of our business from starting as an apprentice. Jamie has been with us since he was 16 and now, he’s a Director, our Head of Digital and Project Managers also started in apprenticeship roles, and seeing their progress is something we’re all really proud of.’

‘As students are getting their A-Level and GCSE results and thinking about what’s next, an apprenticeship is a great option. The way apprenticeships at Purpose Media work is recruits get to try all sorts of disciplines before choosing an area of expertise – it means they’re well rounded and really understand our offer.’

‘In the end it’s all about working with our team and our clients to bring them more from their marketing as a team.’
