The PM team is expanding further, this time in two departments.

Investing in people to ensure we can offer the right level of skills and expertise to our clients is vital, so we are delighted to be welcoming two new members to our team.

Oli joins to expand our film crew as our Video Production Assistant, while Lauren will be helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget as a Project Manager.

Commenting on their appointment, Managing Director, Matt Wheatcroft, said, “I’m delighted to welcome Lauren and Oli to the team here at Purpose Media. Both will fulfil vital roles within the business and it’s a pleasure to have them on board.

“It’s always an exciting time when new people join, and with the exciting projects we’re working on there’s never been a better time to join Purpose”.

All around the world (and then to PM)

A bit of a globetrotter, Oli grew up and lived in Spain for 20 years, before travelling across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and America – jealous? Us too!

The 30-year-old graduated in 2018 from Nottingham Trent University with a BA (Hons) in Media Practices, working as a freelancer on various music videos, short films and TV series during his studies.

Prior to his appointment at PM, Oli was a Media Manager for Champions PLC.

Outside of work, Oli enjoys F1 racing, photography and dodgeball.

From Champion Golfer to Project Manager

19-year-old Lauren joins purpose after completing a Project Management Apprenticeship at a local IT company. Using skills learned in her previous role, Lauren is excited to get stuck in here at PM.

When she’s not rounding up the troops and organising client work, you may find her out on the golf course. A keen golfer, Lauren was County Captain for the Derbyshire Girls Team and even represented the West Midlands in a training programme for England Golf.

As well as golfing, Lauren enjoys watching rally and rallycross racing, spending time with friends, and travelling.

Work with a Fantastic Team

Our objective for clients working with us to feel like they have a huge marketing team on their side. Big businesses like Apple and Google have in-house teams to keep them leading the market, but smaller businesses don’t have the resource for a similar operation. By working with Purpose Media organisations can have the support that big businesses access, with the results that come with it and without the investment it requires.

If you’d like to find out more about how we work, get in touch and we can arrange a meeting.

Let's get started.
