We’re gearing up to further expand our client service offering this year by making two new additions to the team.
Harry Patrick, from Mansfield, has joined us as an account manager, while Lauren Baugh, of Sutton-in-Ashfield, is our new project team apprentice.
Developing client relationships
Harry, 22, has six years’ experience in digital marketing, gained from working for another local agency. He will be tasked with engaging with existing and new clients to understand their objectives, before liaising with other staff members to create marketing strategies and campaigns to help them achieve their business goals.
He will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients to ensure they stay with us for the long-term. Away from work, Harry enjoys keeping fit, boxing and yoga, listening to podcasts and spending time with his four dogs.
Giving the project team a helping hand
18-year-old Lauren, meanwhile, is the latest young person to join our apprenticeship scheme, which has seen several key members of staff progress into senior roles over the past 11 years.
It’s her first job since leaving full-time education in 2019, having done A-Levels at Ashfield School. She will be providing support to the digital and project management teams, learning how to manage and control projects through scheduling and organising work, as well as helping to populate and test websites. She enjoys binge-watching films and going to the gym.
