ATS Bullion was originally part of a larger finical services group, Spink and Sons, which was  formed in 1666. ATS Bullion was formed in 2002 after Spink and Sons was acquired, through Christies, by an investment capital firm based in Singapore. The bullion side of the business was bought by former clients and ATS Bullion was formed.

Since 2002, the company has been rapidly growing and in 2006 moved to its new premises in the prestigious Savoy Court building. ATS Bullion is a family-run company, specialising in the buying and selling of investment-grade gold and silver, particularly bullion coins. It works with wide range of clients, from small investors to large-scale investments, and continues to grow.
