While he was at university, he began working in music events as a part of a promo team, which quickly developed into a bigger marketing role including social media management and campaign management. In his second year, he furthered this experience by running his own student orientated club night which gave him experience in managing teams, running marketing campaigns, and managing different relationships.
Once he graduated, Josh became the full time Marketing and Social Media manager of a nationwide events company, before transitioning into the recruitment industry where he worked closely with clients such as Mercedes-Benz, BT, AstraZeneca and Vodafone. Now he is at Purpose Media he will oversee the day-to-day activity on accounts, making sure that all jobs are being completed on time and to the right standard, whilst also being the first point of communication between Purpose and clients.
Outside of work, Josh is into Football which he plays and watches weekly and has (sometimes) suffered as a lifelong West Ham fan. He is a self-proclaimed foodie and loves to try new restaurants and cuisines, and still runs the music event he started at university.
