She went on to secure work placements at a variety of global brands including the Food Network and Travel Channel, before securing a freelance position at the LadBible Group.
In 2017, Rachel began working for Hull-based marketing agency, StrawberryToo as a Digital Marketing Executive. Here she honed in on her copywriting skills and further developed her experience within social media marketing, creating content for a wide variety of clients ranging from personal trainers to swimwear brands.
Rachel joined Purpose Media shortly after as a Creative Copywriter, crafting captivating content to offer consistency throughout client communications and campaigns.
In 2020, Rachel was promoted to Head of Copy at Purpose. Overseeing the content department of the business, it’s her job to create relevant and engaging copy that inspires and connects with audiences for a range of brands and channels, including print, web and social media.
Her primary areas of knowledge lie within content, creative writing, and social media marketing. She specialises in brand narrative work.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys jetting off on a mini-break and loves a city escape. As well as visiting new places, Rachel loves spending time at home cooking for her family and friends and donates food parcels to her local food bank as regularly as she can.
