During his apprenticeship, Lewis was responsible for providing customer service to our vast portfolio of long-standing retained clients, as well as carrying out monthly SEO, development and design tweaks to their eCommerce or brochure style website. Lewis also worked as part of the team to come up with new digital marketing and social media ideas to drive client’s businesses forward.
Next Lewis moved to our Support Desk, responsible for overseeing the support team and providing outstanding customer experience. Within this role Lewis was responsible for mentoring and training new members of the support team ensuring support tickets are dealt with in a timely manner, and providing a polite and well-written response to each support ticket.
Now Lewis acts as our Technical Project Manager, enjoying the variety of clients and projects we work on.
Lewis says; ‘It’s great getting stuck into the web projects especially when there’s something unique about it that we haven’t done before. Even now I seem to learn something new each day. There’s also a nice aspect of dealing with clients and having conversations with them, whether it’s sitting in a meeting to discuss ongoing plans or to train them on their newly built website.’
Outside of work, Lewis is a huge football fan. As season ticket holder for Nottingham Forest, Lewis’s weekends are spent at the city ground or at the pub watching the reds play, or spending family days out with his fiancee and their little girl.
